Would it be possible to run the tourneys one after the other instead of at the same time? I was trying to do BB grabs in Marvel and magic series in BB >_< I don't think I'd enter both if it's being run the same way next time.

Yeah, someone needs to sort out the running of things so that we don't get the same thing happening like this time, where the MvC games were MASSIVELY delayed 'cause of BB...
So I look forward to seeing how someone solves this

Why not do it the same way as the SF/MvC we have been watching.

Do the winners bracket for one game, then another.Then losers.Then the final of each?

But if I were to run it I'd do bb first then marvel. As marvel will be the more popular game and it seems more folks travel for bb at the moment so finishing earlier is often better for buses.

I have no desire to run tournaments, and no one else has stepped up to bat, so now you're it. Have fun with that

But, like I said a lil earlier in this thread, you probably won't be able to run one next month on the third week due to CxC being on the 16th.

Yeah why don't a bunch of us head up to CxC next month instead. There's BB SF AND MvC so everyone should be happy.

I'd love to see some new people get pwned by Simon for a change instead of me too

I had other reasons (damn Translink) but I think the thread merge caused the BB tournament to go totally unnoticed.

Indeed, but granted he's gotten one 3rd place and 2 low finishes respectfully. Lowest I've finished is 4th and I've been to 3 tournaments.

IIRC: 2nd, 4th and 4th for myself.

Not in competition with him but I am legitimetley enquiring.

Linoud has achieved 3rd and 7th place finishes in the last 2 tournaments.
You have attended one tournament in the last 3 and earned a 2nd place finish.

Seeding is the last 3 tournaments that have been held, not the last 3 you were at. This is why Tsukiko, despite never finishing outside of top 4, is is ranked 9th.

I've only attended two tournaments, Xinkai. One 3rd place finish, and one 7th place that I think I tied Doombot with for 6th, but that doesn't matter. 7 is a sexier number, imo.
