    well yeah i know tac mask stops it altogether, but I mean just something you can do to shorten it yourself without having to use a perk, even a second less would work

    You should beable to turn out of it, like if your not facing the grenade when it goes off you shouldnt get flashed or stunned. Do flashbangs work like that now ?

    So iv been playing the pc version for awhile now. Its better than the consoles that's for sure but again its so god damn broken

    I still experience lag and stuttering.

    I still enjoy it alot more than the consoles thou

    Think I'm gonna give up on Black OPs now... Was playing tonight with a few mates and didn't enjoy the matches at all :/ We won everything bar 1 match but I think I just hate the game now...

    I'm either gonna move back to MW1 or 2 or get homefront for a while...

    I disagree, I think there is a great variety in BO with the huge selection of game types.
    And now that campers, quickscopers and other noob tactics on the way out, I think this is the best online Cod so far.

    Its pissing me off that I cant play a game of demolition without being grouped wth a gang of kill hunters that ignore the targets while the opposing team scope around in parties picking all the headless chickens off. Cant get near any bomb sites and its pissing me off.

    got dropped into a game the other night where the other team were just spawn raping and despite complete control of the map, lost the round cos they just wanted a good kd. Demolition can be the most enjoyable and most frustrating game i find.

    Experienced this today. Guy with ghost pro waiting in corner. Little sh*t. Hate when i go in to a game and the team are absolute sh*t. Game finished today and this guy was 2-35. Like wtf. Had over 2days play time. Surely noone can be this bad.....

    the amount of cold blooded pro users compared to ghost pro isnt even comparable, to use cold blooded you have to lose stopping power, which puts you at a disadvantage, using ghost doesnt. I play MW2 all the time now and rarely every see people camping with cold blooded, most people just have it on a sniper class or anti air one, which is the way its meant to be used.

    The fuss is little runts sitting in a corner invisible to all sorts of radar and armed with a silenced weapon. Its a cheap and sad wAy of getting kills.

    This is exactly it..

    I think its well established that ghost is not the problem.. Its the perks that are in tier 1 with ghost that is the problem. Ghost is abused coz noobs can live without the other perks.

    We can $hite on bout it for months and years but fact is that it is here to stay!

    That's the users fault, not the fault of the perk. Using Ghost doesn't automatically mean you are a camper, I use it on all my classes but I don't sit in a corner and people who do really shouldn't be playing fps games anyway in they're afraid of simulated confrontations.

    But look at it this way, if you're camping in a corner you've got the drop anyone who comes into the room so you won't need SP because chances are the person is going to be sprinting through the room looking at the ground not expecting a gunfight so CB is more advantageous there.

    I waffled about campers in Black Ops Vs Mw2 here.

    Basic Point is you can have a very good camper hunter class in Mw2 but not in Black Ops.

    If they moved Scout to the 3rd tier and Hacker/Ninja to the Second then it would mean that there could be a better camper hunter class. Since the only beneficial tier 2 perk for a camper hunter would be Hardened Pro, it would mean you could see the claymore/motion sensor/ and not give away your approach if you could choose Ninja & Hacker.

    or you could just not be an idiot and use grenades (tactical and lethal) to kill ghosts. Use Flak Jacket to make sure claymores don't kill you, Ninja to make sure they can't hear you. If you're a better player you'll be able to beat them. If they fool you once, shame on them, but if you go back to the same spot and get killed again, shame on you.

    test it yourself, go play MW2 for an hour and count the amount of people you see hiding with CBP, bet you dont find a single one. do the same on Blops and its almost every game without fail. like I said I play MW2 more these days and rarely ever see people using CBP aside from on an anti air class, which I have it on myself.

    true, but then you lose ninja, as someone who finds the footsteps in Blops beyond annoying as they're completely out of sync with your characters movement and sound godawful I cant play without ninja pro. , dont mind it so much on ground wars where it doesnt make a difference but on s&d its annoying. Blops might have the worst sound design of any major game in the last 5 years, its horrendous.

    actually not since COD:WaW which coincidentally enough was coded by Treyarch.
    I always say Treyarch have the worst audio developers in the gaming business. A bunch of 2 year software developers would make a better job of it than their current bunch of monkeys.

    they made the sound of footsteps that way so people can't sound whore. Ninja is worthless in blops. Dead right too.
