Do you think you were reincarnated?

After a lot of soul searching for many years now I have come to the conclusion that I was definitely here before this life. Glamorous and all as it would be to say I'm the reincarnation of say eg. Marilyn Monroe, my story, I believe, is not one of fame and fortune. I, sadly, am the reincarnation of a Famine victim:(. This I believe because when a plate of food is put in front of me, I become a monster, kinda like the Cookie Monster. Be it at home, or out at a restaraunt, there will be no pleasant dinner conversation from Cat. Instead I just shovel it in, chew, swallow, chew, swallow. Don't f**kin talk to me , can't you see I'm f**kin eatin:mad:!!!!! It possibly explains why I punched my sister for taking a chip off my plate years ago. I was pregnant,so in fairness, could have probably got away with killing her? She never darkened my plate again. I believe I live in a constant fear of being without food, or someone taking my food. But this is how I am and it is a tribute to my former hungry, weak Famine self. By rights I should be massive and/or have ulcers.
Just wondering, anyone else out there in AH believes they are reincarnated:)??

According to my parents, I used to talk about my previous life when I was 2-4 years old. Apparently, I talked about how I had lots of slaves and shizz.

OP I'm convinced I must have been a famine victim in a previous life as well...same as yourself....usually finish my food in 2.2 seconds and my father always commented when we had relations over that "she's a great appetite on her! Not like her other 2 sisters!"...probably not something a teenage girl wants to hear though...I always thought it was a sneaky way of calling me a greedy pig. Nothing has changed...I eat anything and everything...there's nothing I don't eat and I hate throwing away food.

I even picked out a bunch of perfectly grand bananas my housemate threw in the bin last week, washed them and ate them (not in one sitting though).

I think I remember Ricky Gervais talking about a party he heard about where people dressed up as who they were in a past life, having all gone through past life regression with a hypnotist. There were 2 Napoleans.

I know a family in Malahide who believe that a woman who came from the UK, who had never been to Ireland before, is there dead mother. They made a documentary about her, but that's not why you called.

Yes, I believe I was Jesus in a previous life as I have this intense paranoid fear of women telling people that I made them pregnant, when I never even touched them.

Every time I visit AH I feel like I've been here before.

Always a thread on bashing Irish language, bashing asylum seekers, bashing Catholics, bashing Ireland in general and usually one on bashing the bishop.

Not everyone that eats a lot is fat. Not heard of a high metabolism?

    I'm a size 8/10, baby! ;)

I don't eat a lot...I just eat everything as in I'm not a picky eater.

I thought that before actually...As I said, I'm not talking quantity here...I just eat what's put in front of me and nothing more and there is nothing I don't eat except perhaps brain...but I haven't tried that yet...I'd probably like it.

Maybe something is up with the auld tastebuds?

Give all the bad luck that I have, I must have been a son of a bitch in a previous life. Karma is getting back at me.

But I don't believe in all those things

    :pac:

I've got a good friend in London who eats all his food from bins. Unbelievable what supermarkets throw away...

Same here. I've got an inexplicable phobia about Berlin bunkers, and occasionally have been known to shout at people in German when I'm standing on a balcony.
