    Yes set the alarm for four hours* - wake up realise you can kip for another hour - and then when wake at the right time, you will feel a lot more refreshed (*note this can also be used for taking pain killers for a hangover, if so required).

    at the moment its the social network soundtrack, Trent Reznor is a genius. I really like Japanese flute music too,when I need to relax or calm.

    Is the social network soundtrack any good? it won an oscar, but i thought that should have gone to Inception.
