Been asked quiet a few times if i'm some guy called Michael French...apparently he played some dude on Eastenders called David Wicks.
Had to google him and I can see the resemblance alright

I was once having lunch with a friend in Yamamori and three women rushed over to our table with pieces of paper looking for my autograph. The whole restaurant turned around to see what the commotion was about and I had to tell them that I wasn't Questlove. I could well imagine their embarrassment at having to walk back to their seats with all the eyes of a packed restaurant on them. Jennifer Ellison once, on a beach in Crete. Gang of half-cut English lads came over asking for pictures (some were already snapping on their phones). I don't see the resemblance, my boyfriend at the time didn't see it either, the only similarity would be certain assets.

Could have been worse though!

told i looked like tom cruise when i was younger (he was younger too, think top gun days). all i could ever see was his horrendous nose, so i didnt see the resemblance.

nowadays i've been told i look like matt damon. some people are blind! i look NOTHING like him, but i wouldn't mind if i did!

Not exactly mistaken for someone based on looks but because of a misunderstanding once. Was working in a souvenir shop in San Diego and some regulars who had taken to calling me "Miss ireland" or "miss irish" came in.They were looking around and said "oh hey, miss ireland.good to see you again". Unfortunately a group of Japanese tourists took this to mean I was a former Miss World contestant and got very excited and started taking pictures.All of them except for this one guy in the background with a look on his face as if to say "yeah fcuking right...".

I was interrailing about 5 years ago and these Irish lads thought I was Cormac Battle (him from Kerbdog and RTE2). Kept telling them I wasn't, but they were having none of it.

They then bought me drink all night. By the time I was going home I was regaling them with tales from the Kerbdog tours and who was really gay in the music industry.
