Photo looks like a set up to me.

She is clothed and his cousin is in the room.

The CPS were also concerned about his previous conduct. All sounds a bit fishy to me.

Eh, I'm fairly sure it's not just feminists who can see why reactions like yours to the above case are more than a little messed up. Comments like yours make it incredibly hard for male victims to come out and speak because they'll think that nobody will take them seriously, so well done to you on that, really helping your own side there.

Article says the kid is gay if anyone bothered to read it. Also the picture was taken by his 20 year old cousin. Highly unlikely there was anything untoward going on at the time.

I was being sarcastic, by the way, since this topic is quite regular here and winds up with the usual banter on both sides. No need for the full-on assualt.

Anyways, there's just as much chance nothing happened since we don't have all the details from this besides a picture taken from a cousin in a hotel room. If she rightfully found guilty of wrong-doing then it shouldn't be treated any differently if the teacher was a man.
