Are you sure that picture tells you EVERYTHING that happened, or are you imagineing somethign happened? The reason there was no convition is that the photo isn't evenough eveidence of soemthing happening.

I'm not for one second saying that nothign happened, before some idiot accuses me of defending paedophiles. Just that the photo alone doesn't prove anything.

Ask yourself: if that photo is eveidence of somethign sexual, why is the newspaper printing it, and why are they not being done for publishing child porn?

Agree with this. The photo is obviously taken by a third party and while she is under the covers she still has a top on so it doesn't show evidence of anything illegal.

In the end it was his word against her's and they obviously felt that there wasn't enough evidence in that to bring about a conviction.

Eh, I'm fairly sure it's not just feminists who can see why reactions like yours to the above case are more than a little messed up. Comments like yours make it incredibly hard for male victims to come out and speak because they'll think that nobody will take them seriously, so well done to you on that, really helping your own side there.

I was being sarcastic, by the way, since this topic is quite regular here and winds up with the usual banter on both sides. No need for the full-on assualt.

Anyways, there's just as much chance nothing happened since we don't have all the details from this besides a picture taken from a cousin in a hotel room. If she rightfully found guilty of wrong-doing then it shouldn't be treated any differently if the teacher was a man.
