I'm quite ashamed to be from Cork right now, (and before the jackeens start, no I'm not usually embarrassed about it).

Just think, where is the leader of fianna fail from?

ah, the old 'sure he's one of us (regardless)' gem, precisely how such serious issues should be decided!

went to cork once, was made feel a foreigner :/

Well i didn't give a vote or preference to FF. I was actually surprised and dissappointed about Kelleher. It looked like he was screwed before the election.

I`d love to know more about the time he went to Uganda and gave them over 100 million euro when we were struggling and it just so happened that Tullow Oil was bidding on a contract at the same time..........

Then the Ugandans went and bought some fancy fighter jets from Russia with the money

oh yeah then Martins and the HSE, his 3,800 euro hotel bill - on record as the most expensive hotel cost to the state by a minister.......the list goes on and on

    3 mins 57 secs in

    Hmmmmnnnn

great to see 30% of the people in Cork are still voting FF and people like you still think dodgy bastards like Michael Martin
    are really just good guys

It's exciting seeing FF lose seats. Also quite exciting seeing who gets the last seat, I strangly find myself rooting for SF!

Again I didnt vote FF at all ever in my life, all I'm saying is there's nothing wrong voting for anyone since we live in a democracy!

Michael Moynihan (FF) got a seat in Cork North-West.

Who the **** thought it was a good idea to vote for him? Christ alive. The other two TD's elected were Michael Creed and Aine something, can't remember her last name. (Both FG.) I was hoping to see Labour win a seat here.

Out with the old and with the old for Cork NW.

OP, feel free to change the thread title to 'Cork City wtf', as it was the suburbanites of Cork city that have voted numerous FF gombeens into the Dail. In rural constituencies like Cork East and Cork South-West FF were told justly to **** off.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,794 ✭✭✭chillywilly

So what do ye think will be the outcome? FG alone or a coalition leaving Sinn Fein as main opposition?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 36,634 ✭✭✭✭Ruu_Old

Haha, just got home to check Johnny "I can't live on 100k" Brady dumped out of Meath West, brilliant! Useless feckdog! :D:D:D 2 seats for FG, one for SF.

a coalition leaving Sinn Fein as main opposition

Bookies called it weeks before the election. The proles are nothing if not predictable.
