    So this is it.

Change is upon us,Fine Gael having been voted in by you the people of the Irish Republic as thee main Political party in our Country.

Enda Kenny is our new leader,Our people have a newer and a brighter future.

Michael Healy-Rae seems to be in with a chance in South Kerry:(. He clinched this by offering free Germolene and Elastoplast to the natives, to repair the damage done to their knuckles on their journey to and from the polling stations.

With Richard Bruton and Noonan we might have a chance. Dont think this government will last very long though.

I only hope do,that enda doesn't do a Michael Collins and raise the white flag on it,this time not to england but to Germany and the E.U.

Well he most likely will cooperate with Merkel more than anyone else would. Both of their parties are Christian Democratic. I honestly can't see him putting up much of a fight if any more demands are made of us.

You see people on the news talking about "time for a change".....lets look at the history of elections in our state:
    1932-1944 Fianna Fail
    1948Fine Gael/Labour
    1951 FF
    1954 FG/LB
    1957-73 FF
    1973 FG/LB,
    1977-81 FF
    1981 FG/LB
    1982 FF
    1982 Again FG/LB
    1987 FF
    1989-92 FF/PD
    1992 FF/LB
    1994 FG/LB
    1997-2010 FF
    2011 FG/LB

See a pattern? Change my arse! The only good thing about about this election is the high Independant numbers.

19 out of 25 governments - FF has been in power for. Not surprised they are corrupt - absolute power corrupts absolutely

All right-wing led governments, and more of the same to come, what's wrong with a centre-left government :(, nothing has changed

just when the greens and their civil rights policies looked to be gone now it seems in it may seep back in with Labour,We need a party that's 100% concentrated on the economy and job creation.
