Gym on Luas Green Line within 5 mins walk f

I know there's a thread on this but I need one no more than 5 mins walk (crutches) from green line luas. Anyone? I saw one Rockfitness in Dundrum - but it's about 1000 feet away from Luas and the one in Milltown is further. Any ideas?

Raw in Portobello is rather close to the Harcourt stop.

www.bhaf.ie - 5 minute walk from the Kilmacud Luas stop.
