Can of worms I know but by 'knackers' do you mean Trackie McKnackie or Big Francie McDonagh?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,984 ✭✭✭Banjaxed82

Just referring Trackie MacNackie....Don't want to tar all Nissan Micra owners

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,551 ✭✭✭SeaFields

    No they don't.

    More into their Honda Civics.

Don't know about why any type of person in particular likes them. But in general....they are cheap, very fuel efficient, and probably the most reliable car ever built. If even slightly looked after nothing will ever ever go wrong with them. Great little cars to be honest. Perfectly engineered for what they are meant to be. Hugely popular and consistent top sellers in every country they have ever been sold in.

No, I don't work for Nissan or have ever owned a Micra, it's just common knowledge amongst people that know anything at all about cars.

You and I sir are on the same side here. I dare say I agree with you, I do see the ghasthly creatures in town every weekend, the commoner north side type with the sports cap, the girlriend with the large earings, the tracksuits.

I can never go into mcdonalds without them infesting it. The scanger mobiles are just one of the problems with these lowly creatures.

    Aye, it's for me Ma.

My first car was a Micra. I'm not a skanger or a trackie wearer or an auld wan. I wanted a cheap reliable car, it fit the bill.

People who think cool comes from the car you drive have no idea about cool

Awww OP. The missus and myself are looking to a 00 or 01 Micra as our first car. :(

We settled on it as, it's cheap, very reliable and has low running costs.

You'll be ok....so long as you NEVER wear a tracksuit while driving otherwise you car may be seized and crushed in front of you :D

Yes indeed my good chap. She is purely bread I presume? Of good lineage? A dandy gentleman like yourself would not attempt to pass me off with a common mutt? Lest such a scurrilous act reflect badly on your family name.

Fear not! I once had the honor of taming this mighty beast, it did'st turn away many a fair maiden, but its fuel economy did'st shake the very foundations of my........wallet

'Cause "Nissan" rhymes with "Nice wan".

Also, as a knacker, I found your post highly defamatory.

general rule of thumb if i wanted to avoid them types i would certainly not go into mc donalds or even worse KFC

Micra? Knacker?? What are you smoking...

Anytime I see a knacker they are driving '08 Nissan Jeeps, corolla's, Passat etc.

I wonder where they get the money from to afford these luxury motor vehicles.

You're thinking of lowlife scumbags, they are the people driving micras.

Also, more old, senile people drive micras thats scumbags. They are worse tbh.
