On a typical day I would eat:

    Breakfast
-bowl of special K sustain and slimline milk.

    Snack
    -mandarin orange
    -pear at break.
    - Weight watchers yogurt

    Lunch
Salad (lettuce, carrot, peppers, tomato) No dressing
    weight watchers soup
    1 slice whole grain bread

    Snack
    -Kiwi
    -Red pepper slices
    -olives

    Dinner
    Weight watchers frozen dinner

I know Im eating alot of carbs and Im going to reduce that, however is the amount of fruit and veg in my diet reducing the chances of weight loss? If so please let me know what i should cut or replace.

Thanks guys, Im deseratly tring to lose weight for 6 months now and have seen no real results at all.

c'mon now, no need to open a new thread every time you have a slightly differently formulated question on your diet... what's wrong with your old thread?

Hi nellybelle, I am going to close this thread as it is almost identical to your other one. It is best to keep all discussion to just one thread or people will not bother posting at all in your threads, as the same things will just end up being repeated over and over.
