A nice early dinner, you don't want to be too full, in fact I find the whole idea of "lining your stomach" to be complete nonsense.

Boiled, roast or mashed spuds: potatoes contain flavonoids and starches. Chips aren't as effective.

Nothing. Dont eat the whole day. Youll get drunk faster, save money..

    ..and have an awful hangover

Are you serious? That is going to do more damage to you than a weeks binge drinking

Having a nap before you go on the lash is much more effective.

I've found a nice Sambo with the following ingredients to be the best (for a heart attack)

White bread smothered in laughing cow
    2/3 sausages
    one runny egg
and a nice cuppa tea always does the job !!

I thought valentines was more of a dinner and a few glasses of wine occasion, not a full on session!

A couple of McDonalds double cheeseburgers. Quick enough to eat that they don't get in the way of drinking much, and they're good and greasy.
