Completely unrelated, but what would you be doing with the 60kg DB if you only need 160kg in weights?

The Gym on the avenue road has some 60+kg DBs and some good equipment. Its on the second floor of a building, so not great if you would be doing any heavy dead / cleans or something

I've heard J-Life Fitness is really good too, but I've never been in it

Yep, I've lived in Dundalk for about 15 years

    Where do you train Podge?

    The Gym or elsewhere?

I can't imagine there is any parking near J-Life or not much anyways.
