    That was all my hand could take tbh. It was like a balloon by the the end.
    Its been awhile since i last deadlifted and i felt it today. I coundnt find my usual line but that will come...

    Thanks:) I might be back again next week. We're not allowed to deadlift in our gym anymore so unless i find somewere closer to me i'll be back:) Its a good set up you have there and i makes a huge difference having a decent bar to train with...If i lived closer i'd defo join...
