    Delighted Cowen is staying !

Any change of leader in FF could give them a boost in the polls and possibly help them.
So as long as he is there he is Fcuking them up
I hope his face is on every poster come the Election just to remind us all.

Oh noes now he is blaming the media. Sounding more and more like De Bert!

he is a foolish man to stay in this job, if i were part of his family i would have spent the last few months begging him to step down, on a human level this must be having an auful effect on his health, that kind of pressure is a killer, it is hard to keep up the front that all is ok, there must be times he is hurt by comments, i do really feel sorry for the man

    Narrative, way-hey!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26,457 ✭✭✭✭gandalf

No discussion about Anglo-Irish Bank my arse. You don't have a four hour golf game with people like that and then a two hour meal without mentioning common topics and Anglo would definitely have been one of them.

I strongly doubt he's good enough to get a round in in under 5 hours tbh.

Now, now, greens are meant to be good for you. Just take a deep breath, in..., out..., in..., out...,

Now, doesn't that feel better. :D

On your earlier comment, I can't imagine why Brian is clinging on. Its not good for him, his family or the country. Trying to salvage some pride, I suppose. I too feel sorry for him. (Still want them OUT, though.)

The Greens could get a job doing the stenograph in the Dail. They are great at noting things. Not much good at actually doing anything, but great at the shorthand.

Nothing left to feel sorry for, we are no longer a sovereign state.

    And the all-time, all-purpose favourite: "I don't accept that."
