ok i got moaned at the other night by my girlfriend for what i thought was a perfectly acceptable responce to her question.
she was in the kitchen cooking something on a george foreman, she turned to me and asked if this thing will beep when its done. i slowley turned around and looked at here and said in my most condescending voice i could muster " ooo my god, you are so stupid" and walked out of the room.
she proceded to moan cant remember what she said i tuned out, it was something like, "that is so Bla Bla bla bla and so on"
i told her i was gonna put this on boards to see what others would say about it

My toaster and dishwasher beep. It's annoying.

The toast isn't even done when it beeps, it's on the max setting but still beeps and pops after a pathetically short amount of time and has to be put on again.

Honest suggestion: Forget about anonymous wasters on the internet at 3.44am and value a real person in your life. Or leave them now. Never tell somebody, especially somebody close to you, that they're stupid. Hurtful insults often last for much longer that you might have intended. On so many levels, it's actually a really stupid thing to say.
