Can't see where this is coming from. Still raining heavily here in KK city and 'warm'. I can't see it snowing here to be honest, much as I'd prefer it to this miserable rain. Can't get from the front door to the car for the pooling water. :(

Light snow Newcastle Dublin sticking on cars and bits of the ground

Has been snowing properly for a bit over an hour here (not far from Dunshaughlin) after sleeting heavily for ages before that. About 2cms accumulated on every surface including road...impressive considering how wet it was.

Not sure about here - the sleet at +1c is exactly the same as it was at +3C.

I meant geographically. It was in Rathangan about 1 hour ago and now it's in Newcastle. Another while and it might reach Lucan.

    *crosses fingers*

Lost satellite signal circa 8.00 pm. Had to get out ladder and long handled brush to clear the snow. No snow since then when we had approx 6.5 cm of lying snow. Few miles SSW of Nenagh.
