We all remember it vividly I'm sure. The day when our idyllic youthful notions of Christmas were shattered by the harsh reality.
Yes, it was the day when we were told Paddy Power Chase day wasn't a day every year when we got to run after Paddy Power, pelting our beloved boss with egg and pre-packed sandwiches, it was in fact a top notch day of National Hunt racing at Leopardstown. Ah well, if there isn’t one special day for pelting your boss with stuff, let's just do it every day.

The Paddy Power Chase is one of the highlights of the racing calendar in general and the Getting Pissed Over Christmas Calendar in particular. [Legal disclaimer – the getting Pissed Over Christmas Calendar is not an official calendar recognised by any of the world’s major religions, governments or angry spouses]. To celebrate we’ve got a really great prize to give away. We're going to give one lucky Paddy Power customer a VIP Trip for two to Leopardstown for the day. And the best thing about it is, due to our Marketing Team not spending all their money on full page ads in Model Railway Enthusiast Monthly, we’ve got some great extras included. The prize in full is:
- Silver service meal for two
