Satanism is not the problem - bad people do bad things then justify it with their belief. Religious groups have been doing it since religious beliefs came into existance.

Killing and torture based on faith is nothing new, worse has been carried out in the name of other "gods" too. And on a much larger scale.

Yes a sad story, but nothing to get too hysterical about and nothing unheard of before.
