Holland and Barrett Supplements

Their buy one get one free deal is ending soon so I was thinking of picking up some supplements/creatine this week. Haven't been to the gym in a few months and have lost some weight so looking for a weight gaining supplement, maybe some creatine too. Don't know too much about why/protein/etc so if anyone could recommend…

Have a look on their website www.hollandandbarrett.ie

Go into teh sports nutrition section and go tru the pages.It lists each product,have a look.

The maximuscle product in the link below seems to tick your boxes but then again you may find a comparativley better product.Sure have a goo anyway
