Teenagers are like shuffling zombies.

You could handle one or two no hassle. But encounter a whole horde and it can get nasty pretty damn quick!

When I was 16 this man came out of no where and started yelling at myfriends and myself claiming we broke his car window.

He then hails over a friend of his and they proceed to threat to kick the **** out of us if we dont tell the truth.

So exactly where is the decency in threatening or hitting a teen.

Im 19 now but if a proper adult hit me I'd still be ****in shocked.

you should visit the childrens court and see the scum that go through the system there - yes !!! a 13yr old could take on and beat the crap out of an adult*....and the legal system **cant do anything to the 13yr old.

*=of course the adult would prob need to be an insecure, skinny man.

**=cant/wont be able to punish the kids properly (in the way that I would deem proper)

as for the original post - I agree - in circumstances where they are acting like pr1cks ....ie throwing snowballs at people (from less than 2ft)....or throwing snowballs at cars while driving in traffic.....or just trying to be the brave boy picking on someone while his mates stand nearby to back him up.

- like another poster said - theres no respect these days - its due to the nanny state we live in - kids threaten their parents with child neglect if they dont buy them X-box or food or something !! .... a good ould schlap across the head would sort them out - put the fear back in 'em !!!

Kids nowadays know more about the law and "their rights" than they know how to do basic math.

The entire its just a bit of fun is a bull**** excuse, for what amounts to assault in a lot of cases. I have seen the little scums bags (some of them are 16 years and up) thrown snow balls from one or 2 feet away, and throw them at cars (which could cause an accident). or throw them at people on bikes, which could cause them to fall, what with the crappy weather. FFS, what these little ****s are doing isn't a million miles away from running around and punching people.

Its very simple, if someone were to kick the crap out of these worthless little scum bags they would get in trouble with the law. I doubt anyone would accept the stupid excuse of it being a bit of fun either. So the way I see the same should apply to the scum bags, especially the older lads who should know better.

The vast majority of these little ****s aren't having fun, but pelting people in the back of the head from real close range, and basically trying to hurt people, or cause accidents for those in cars or on bikes. When, they start pulling that crap, to call it a bit of fun is just a crap excuse for little ****s, who think they can get away with anything. Its miserable enough outside, without a large group of worthless little ****s pelting people in the back of the head with snow balls.

No, both of us aren't under that impression, I take it you can read ? I said "many", also I know full well he is only having a rant, which the later part of my post covered. Many = All

Also I have not considered at all that the OP might actually be able to batter any and all teenagers and their whole families. That is 100% not possible and is an utterly daft statement to make, but is understandable coming from someone who does not comprehend the difference between many and all.

I had an epic snowball fight with a load of random teenagers that ambushed me and the lads on the way home! All good fun, everyone ended up soaked freezing and laughing their ballox off.

Unless someone comes over and point blanks you I dont see much malice in it other than for sh!ts and shenanigans! In that case if someone wants to act the big man they should be prepared to recieve a slap off a big man.

I reckon there's just loads of people out there jealous because most of us over 20 will never be able to say "in my day we didn't...blah" as we only ever had one big snow!

I'm bitter that I'm not 16 and able to spend every evening out sculpting snow man sex scenes and massive snow willies.

Allow me to clarify. The gist of your post appeared to imply that there is little or no possibility that a grown man would be capable of beating up a thirteen year old. I realise that you point out three different reasons why this might be the case and I agree but I think there is an element of scaremongering in this.

In my post, I was merely trying to point out that in many, if not most cases, a grown man would be well able to give a thirteen year old a good hiding. I did not mean for everything in the post, such as considering “that the OP might actually be able to batter any and all teenagers and their whole families”, literally. You’re right, this is daft, but was merely to point out that the OP may be well able to look after himself.

As for you acknowledging that the OP was just having a rant, you told him to chill out and then criticised him for fantasising about being a hard man. I pointed out that maybe he was blowing off some steam so that he could chill out. I didn't think it was necessary to accuse him of fantasising about being a hard man.

Thanks for the clarification, I suggest you have a peak at my post again as nowhere did I imply or mention that there was little or no possibility of a grown man being capable of beating up a 13 year old. One reason I mentioned was that many 13 year olds would be well able to look after themselves, the other two were a possible consequence of beating up a 13 year old.

Grown men who suggest (on the net or in real life) that 13 year olds need a good slapping from adults are sad.

It's really sad that you actually want to clarify looney comments you made about grown men beating up 13 year olds.
