I've recently noticed that people that I have sent a friend request to on FB are appearing in my newsfeeds BEFORE they have confirmed me. I assume this happens the other way round too. The people who's friend requests I havent accepted may be able to see my status updates/ activity. There's a reason I didnt accept them -…

I've recently noticed that people that I have sent a friend request to on FB are appearing in my newsfeeds BEFORE they have confirmed me. I assume this happens the other way round too.

The people who's friend requests I havent accepted may be able to see my status updates/ activity. There's a reason I didnt accept them - because I didn't want them to see my activity!

How can I change this?

I would imagine (not tested) that it only happens if your privacy settings wouldn't block them anyway e.g. it's stuff that they could see if they went to your page anyway. Change your privacy settings so that only friends can see your page and it should stop happening
