Liquid Egg Whites - Can they be got in Ireland?

    Been looking on some bodybuilding forums and a lot of people (americans) use liquid egg whites for shakes and scrambelling etc, just wondering can they be got in ireland??

    Yes, they can be got through various specialty food supply companies serving the catering trade. One such company is Pallas foods in Limerick.

    They come in Litre containers and are pasteurized. I'm not too sure if they can be got in retail outlets. But if the OP has any contacts in say a restaurant or hotel, they maybe able to help.

    Superquinn also have the Two Chicks liquid egg whites, 3.79 for 500g carton.

    try your milkman if you have one, they can generally get them in bulk, i just seperate regular eggs as needed..which is another way of doing it

    I tried them for a while but i decided against setting aside 20 odd euro a week for egg whites when i can buy a shít load of whole eggs and seperate myself.
