Silly poll question. If you asked people at the moment whether they'd prefer the country was run by an Irish government or a consortium of chimps using a spinning wheel to make decisions, most would say the latter.

no, that would be a silly poll question :D

The Frontline is like a circus with Pat as ringmaster and an audience full of sheep. I'm watching it now and you'd expect it to lift its game today but it hasn't. I don't think it makes a valuable contribution to opinion forming. Its disturbing that Fintan O'Toole is dominating the panel members, one of whom could be leader/deputy leader of the next Government. No sign of change there then. Fintan's idea to appoint a taskforce to run the country is interesting, but as I'm neither "demoralised or bewildered" (as the Irish people have been labelled today) and rely on my own wits and ideas to get me by, perhaps I'm not the right demographic for the Frontline.

...but in such a random way? Just sounded mental tbh.

Most FF denials and utterances sound mental, tbh.

Add in the cornered rats syndrome and you've got the added panic factor to expose the bull**** even more.

Its good to see some people suggesting political reform, we really should think about it and now's the time.

    +1
I think we're going no-where unless there is real reform of the political system.
Fintan O' Toole was the only one talking any sense. I like the idea of a referendum that he proposed.

Dunno but I think it's hilarious when they have a ranting dude in the audience and Pat gets so uncomfortable :D

The guy in the audience had a point; the snots did not HAVE TO bail out Anglo, and are complicit.....Ryan's lies about it being "everyone else's fault" are pure bull****!

The irate man is a politician. Not sure which party. He made some quip about "the brits" so I assume he's one of those.

At the Music Show seminar a few weeks ago, Sharon Corr, annihilated him in an argument about illegal downloading. It made ME squirm.
