I thought the AH crowd would have been more interested in the fact the chipper is apparently called Cunto's

Well a regular bungo is sort of like a burger i suppose. A dehli bungo is more of a shredded meat parcel. Tiz lovely. Spicer bungo is served in a pastry cup with frips.

Mr. Chippy in Letterkenny's alright too

Blergh, absolute muck. Avoided the place even when everything was half price for a week.

Charcoal Grill in Galway (I've been told there are a few, this one's the best). Taco chip, fecking delicious.

Simply sh!te the last time i was there.

Which Lennox's was it? The one on Bandon Road is the proper real Lennox's. The ones on Anglesea St. and MacCurtain St. are just not the same.

The Kentucky in Mallow is pretty great. Always hits the spot.

Also there was a place out in Douglas but I don't remember the name, small place with no seating or anything.

Is it Dinos? Near enough to the GAA?

The Bandon road outlet. Honestly i came back with a bag of chips that was like refried cardboard. Ate about a third & could not eat anymore. Maybe im unlucky but i find them inconsistent with quality. Ive had as many bad bags of chips as good ones in lenny's. Next time i go in there, i'l have a little taste check.

Kc's in douglas do excellent food. Always high quality grub. Dino's is for drunk people.

fonecrusher no chipper does any of that crap.

I was in the Kingfisher (I think) on Parnell street once and I liked it.

    Borza in Sandymount is good.

Well Cinto's (pronounced sinto's) near me does them.;) Its a very traditional place, maybe the newer chippers don't do them.

Next time your getting a bag a chips just ask the staff if they make them.

Burdock's hasn't been the same since they got rid of the coal-fired fryers, and that's not today or yesterday.

Honourable mention for Bistro on Clanbrassil Street, and Henry and Rose in Bray.

Edit: Incidentally, any chipper that doesn't serve ray (and lots of them don't now) isn't a real chipper.
