Can we actually make sure there's enough room for everyone this time? It's a pain in bojangles having to squeeze everyone in to a small section when sometimes the pub isn't jam packed.

It's hard though, cos you never know how many people will actually turn up. 30 people say they'll go, so book a big space, and 5 people turn up.
5 people say'll they'll go, book one table, and 30 turn up.

I've only been to one myself, and i knew no one beforehand. Had a great night. If you're worried bout walking in on your own you should arrange to meet someone beforehand, it's a lot less daunting! :)

Ok, granted I don't know the guy but this AH so I will pass on what I picked up with the disclaimer that I could be a) making it up, b) completely wrong or c) have it correct. What I heard is that he used to be a white supremisist but isn't anymore! Before anyone get all judgey I would just like to say I used to be a goth. We all make mistakes.:D

I'm going to organise a beers in Dublin for this night.

I'm hoping someone/several people will volunteer to help organise beers in some of the other counties(Galway/Cork/Carlow etc.) for the same night so nobody has to worry about travel or accommodation.

I'll be available to help out organising from this end.

    Any takers?

Suggestions for locations and venues still more than welcome in this thread
