Sorry folks, no good shining the Will torch as giving advice on treatmenst for "Shin Splints" could be considered as giving medical advice, somthing that is against both the forum charter and the overall posting rules for the site.

Shin Splints is a catch all phrase used to describe shin pain which can have a number of causes.

Best advice I can give is visit a physio and have them treat and advise on rehab.
