When you say 'good oly lifting gym/coach' do you mean good at coaching and supportive of oly lifting or do you mean that the gym is good and the coach is a good person?

I'm looking into this myself. East Coast Barbell would seem to be the best bet.

Banks if you're interested in coming down to ECB let me know, it's a fantastic gym and there's a lot of weightlifters down there, you'll get some brilliant coaching :)

You'd have to ask them. I suspect that it's open to all. So is the gym there.

    Thread and a linky

So, my advice? Turn up on a Tuesday and ask someone if you can join. Not sure where it is. Albert College is a/ a large park next to DCU and b/ an older building in the college campus of DCU.

I was doing my Level 2 Coaching course with two of the lads from DCU at teh weekend adn I *think* they might be changing training days to Monday, Wednesday and Friday so you'll need to double-check that with them.

@ Remmy - sweet doesn't even start to decribe it :) There's some very cool videos of it but if I put them up I'd have to ban myself for spamming :pac:
