Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

For the first half of the video I was thinking "Wow there is no way in hell I would do that, even with safety equipment or some sort of parachute.."
..and then he said "....with no safety equipment as it takes too long..."

    :(

Thats mad, sure even if he slipped with the harness tied to the mast, he has 15 mins max maybe less to get out of it, before he's brown bread

 That video is almost eight minutes long! What kind of attention-span do you think I have? Functional? Reasonable? Average? If it doesn't come in 5-minute easy-to-digest bites then it isn't worth paying attention.

    I'm from the Internet Age.

If you have the balls to climb up that high, at points without safety lines, I don't think the cold is going to bother you that much.

He could push the other guy off and say he fell.

I think the way the camera moves suddenly at times, due to being on his head, make the whole thing even scarier :(

I actually feel a bit queasy.

That last 60m he climbs from the base of the antena, the pole he's climbing looks pretty thin and flimsy  Looks like it would bend under the weight

Also when he clips that onto the pegs on the top, whats to stop it from sliding off the end of the peg? Doesnt look all that safe to be clipping onto if my life depended on it

Wouldn't bother me tbh...well maybe it might I don't know, never been in that situation before :P but watching it I think that would be pretty cool, would be so serene all the way up there with nothing, heights have never bothered me one bit. Althought wouldn't fancy it in the winds and rain!
