    Ahhh was wondering!! I like it.

    I'd be challenging you to a push press comp at the beers with that fat bar but I don't think I could train for it cos my back's in such ****. Might just do it on the day and throw the bumpers on so we can drop it?

    This wasnt part of the plan at all, but wasnt bothered doing heavy doubles. The 270 was the longest/slowest lock out of my life, had Jayroc, Troy and a few other shouting at me so there was no way I was letting it go. If I'd known I'd be testing my max I would have warmed up differently, and had breakfast. No sure what the science behind it, but lower body was DOMd to bits after the last leg session, which actually made it more comfortable.

    "stay with me on this, just going for a quick double" *5 reps later* " alright one more set"
    *5 reps later* "hmm, might do 5x5......"

    i have to wonder, why would 20 reps on deadlifts ever be considered, i dont think ive ever done 20 reps on deadlifts, on any weight.
