Porridge is still the best. Some toasted McCambridge's bread, Old Time Irish marmalade, grapefruit juice and herbal tea and I'm sorted until lunch.

Cereals. Isn't that the stuff you feed kids with in the morning?

Speaking of which, I hate that ad where they praise some choco-cereal for helping kids be "morning people" (with annoying children singing some jingle in the background).

Of course your kid is a morning person now... anyone would be a "morning person" if you get them jacked up on chocolate and 5000grams of refined sugar at 7am!

    Cereal feckin rocks!

Love Special K, it's soooo good!
Cornflakes or Weetabix with freezing cold milk, yum. Went through a phase of the nestle cookie crisp, basically just a box of sugar :D

Anything but porridge, shredded wheat and special k

Usually muesli or a small bowl of Raisin Wheats though..

Fresh Kelloggs Cornflakes with ice cold milk is totally delish. I love Weetabix with hot milk and sugar but it kills me with heartburn.

A breakfast of Kings would be - at the very least - a decent fry-up, not a bowl of processed corn with a bit of fruit on it.

I got a box of that new chocolate weetabix & i find it quite nice.

But my fave has still go to be a fresh bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes. Only thing is after a few days they lose that freshness & its like eating broken glass.

Frosties, Ricicles and Lucky Charms are my favourites although I'm partial to a bowl of Coco Pops. I was in New York two weeks ago so I have a secret stash of Lucky Charms to reward myself with when I feel like I've achieved something...or when I feel like stuffing myself. If they don't start selling them in this country in the next five years, then I'm emigrating! :)

In the morning it's Weetabix with warm milk.

In the evening it's dry Crunchy Nut Corn Flakes with a glass of milk.

I don't know how anybody eats special-k or branflakes. It's like eating cardboard. Has to be frosties or coco pops. If I don't get my sugar fix I become a narky bastard.
