I love them Crunchy Nut Clusters things, but i refuse to pay 4 euro something for them when you only get a couple of bowl fulls out of them.
    So i usually buy whatever's cheapest :D

Porridge with milk and honey. With a banana, if I'm feeling a little frisky.

I try the blueberry compote with the porridge the odd time I'm in Cornacopia, in Dublin. Delicious.

Sometimes I'll chop up an apple, fry it in butter till soft and chuck it in. (with the honey)

Cinnamon, raisins and coconut are lovely additions too.

Coco Pops are the tastiest, they're a brilliant snack

I'd usually have Fruit 'n Fibre though

I like any cereal that's in cluster form, for instance Honey Nut Clusters or Jordans. Sadly though they're nearly always broken up so I usually get one bowl of clusters and the remainder of the box is full of broken pieces.

Cereals are awful I think, the sugary ones. Porridge made with water Vs yoghurt mixed together. The bomb.

Nestle Clusters, and some Maple&Pecan cereal... can't recall the name [has a pic/logo of a country house], sold at Tescos for €2.40

    HTH

Just did a google on what HTH was out of curiosity... What's <snip> got to do with this, ye weirdo... :pac:

Weetos everyday of the mother fúckin week

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 36,634 ✭✭✭✭Ruu_Old

Weetos are my cheat snack, all the other cereals are too sugary for me anymore. It was grand when I was a kid but far too sweet these days. Any other breakfast is oatmeal/nuts/fruit or a few eggs in a wrap.

I started to read your post and thought to myself, "at last a real man, none of this hippy porridge and yogurt and honey and muesli crap". Then ya go and ruin it with your poncy blueberries:rolleyes:

Weetabix, cold milk in Summer, hot milk in Winter. Cleans the 'oul' pipes out! :D

porridge made with water with honey and cinnamon or muesli with the raisins picked out with soya yoghurt.

I've not had either of these in ages though as I don't really do cereal which means I don't really do mornings

Coco Pops are the win. I don't eat them very often these days, but I enjoy them occassionally. I love cereals generally though!
