Look at the beginning of the post, I am not slagging appearances. Also take a look at some of your own posts before calling me chauvinist.

If you're going to show off your cleavage, then cover your legs and vice versa.

A really short skirt with a really short top and tons of make up just shows insecurities.

    That's just my opinion though.

Oh no then they get that thing when it clogs up their pores and they get the fake tan freckles. Vomit inducing.

Not if they exfoliate like fcuk, you need to take scrub at least one layer of skin away & lightly moisturise the face before putting it on.
Get up the next day, have a shower & hey presto you have a nice light tan.
Do that once/ twice a week & moisturise everyday & it looks good.

Not really. I wouldn't call Johnsons and Johnsons fake tan. Its not really strong enough, unless you put tonnes of it on yourself.

Ah Terry don't be so hard on yourself. I saw your photo & was bitterly disappointed that a certain area was censored.

If you would like to post the picture again, without the Crayola on it then you will recieve many thanks. Many, many thanks.

A woman wearing fake tan looks just like that. A woman wearing fake tan. There are degrees of awfulness ranging from the full on Umpaloompa to the milder version which normally involves missing bits here and there. The whole messed hair, ****e tan and ugg boots. Christ almighty........I despair.

What are fake tan freckles? Pores that get clogged, and then a break-out, or what?

Bits of fake tan that doesn't come off the face/body so appears like orange freckles. Make-up usually builds up around said freckles to give them a nice dirty look. Ugh.

man you obviously have your own insecurities with approaching women if you think a tanned woman is more likely to tell you to piss off

yes im a woman and yes i have seen nice fake tan, never said thick as muck dark fake tan, just nice fake tan, theres a difference

Why thank you :). In truth i have more self-respect than to essentially cold-call girls irl for a date. I go out to have fun. If you'd call this self-respect an "insecurity", then i guess i do (although i wonder if you'd have the same "insecurity" about approcahing guys on a night out). But that's beside the point really.

Rightly or wrongly, I do associate a certain look with a sort of stereotypical D4, materialistic, morally-vaccuous attitude (essentially female "douchebags"). I can't help thinking that a lot of other guys (the type who are looking for a proper relationship rather than an easy lay) feel the same.

I think she means if you have dry skin that the tan will look more concentrated on that part of the body. Elbows, knees, nose etc.

Also if you use fake tan on your face & have lots of blackheads or spots then the fake tan will only make it more obvious.
Pores do get clogged from fake tan & will turn into a blackhead/ spot if you don't exfoliate properly & even if you do it still happens sometimes.

But I take great pleasure in popping a blackhead or a spot so for me it's a bonus when it does happen. I know it's disgusting to most people but I enjoy it.

Due to current legal issues, I cannot post the uncensored picture.

Until Ireland learns to accept that people have genitals, boards would get into a lot of trouble if I was to post a picture of my 12" penis.
Unfortunately it would also get into trouble if I was to show the undoctored 4cm penis.

One of the above sizes is true.
The Austin Powers brand penis enlarger never arrived. The current legal difficulties are in reference to the Ebay seller who did not deliver the product.

What I'm basically saying is that I have a small penis.

I'm laughing at the posts from people saying that fake tan NEVER looks good no matter how it's applied!

If it's applied well you don't know the person has it on. Yes, you look at the orange girls you see and think they look ridiculous on nights out next to the girls with "normal" skintone...but I bet a lot of the girls with "normal" skintone are wearing fake tan too.

I'm quite pale and wear a bit of fake tan when I go out. It doesn't smell and it's one that comes off with soap and water so I don't have to scrub it off over a period of a few days.

Someone (who has actually posted in this thread funnily enough ;)) said to me recently that they hate girls who wear fake tan. I said "Eh I've got fake tan on now!" They looked at me and said "No you don't" and I said "Yes I have, and I have had it on every time you've met me!"

So it CAN look good damnit!!!!

No they don't. They might be male...

I just wondered why so many girls/women have to look the exact same. I'm not saying there aren't instances were it does not look good, just why does every girl feel the need to look the same as everyone else? You see groups of girls everywhere that look the exact same. Originality has left Ireland.

This is to the girls out there....and possibly men who wear fake tan...:D

When you put on fake take do you apply it to your whole body or just the areas that will be seen eg for work- the neck/arms/?

Do you put it on all areas for nights out?

    It's called 'metro sexual' apparently.

Give me a man that eats a lump of steak with spuds, drinks pints, watches rugby, can fart & burp at the same time, doesn't use hair conditioner, doesn't use moisturiser, sparingly uses Lynx & thinks that shaving everyday is a waste of time.

I don't even shave once a month. :p Yeah, got the rest too... Finally, some feckin' appreciation!

Let me start off by saying I'm not judging appearances or slagging anyone before the PC police shoot me down. Is there a new cult in Ireland or something? Taking a leisurely stroll through Dublin today I have never seen so many women big, small, average etc with fake tan and blonde hair. Can anyone shed a light on this? Does fake tan and blonde hair give you superhuman sexual powers? Is there a new cult I'm not aware of?

I had great plans to put some fake tan on for the weekend as i'm going to EP (obviously not the wash off kind!) but with all the comments I'm not so sure now! I'm blonde, only wear fake tan sometimes as generally I can't be arsed. Didn't realise blonde and (fake) tanned was such a turn off!!!
