    Was out with them myself last week and also picked up this

    As I had seen Transform demonstrate using them in his stretching video. Have only used them once but thought they were really good.

    Ya i have that manual d'Oracle posted printed already, like you said excellent resource.
    Im based in Cork for the summer so i only ordered the Grid over the internet, if im in dublin think il call out to the shop and pick up one or 2 other bits and pieces.

    Should be no problem. The Grid is only about 14"-15" long so it would easily fit under you desk. Or you could stick in in a corner of a comms room and tell everybody it is a new fiber management device you are trailing :D:D:D

    Ah way ahead of ya..were moving to new office in sept...with a proper sealed NOC that only 4 people will have access to.... should be no problem using it in there :P

    Great home gym setup, I see he uses horse stable/stall mats for the floor, you might get them a lot cheaper than specific ones for gyms.

    Myself and L discussed that a while back....

    was meant to call into co-op in limerick and get a price so i was...

    there always coming up on done deal also
