You right in a way but they do claim the shelf it sits on so its part of their whole claim.
    Crafty buggers!

Indeed. They don't claim the rock itself.

Some guy apparently put a plaque on Rockall a few weeks back claiming it for Britain. A guy wrote into The Irish Times giving out about it saying the Irish should go over and put their own plaque on it.

Back on topic, the only reason I can think of for Brian Cowan being assassinated would be over some sort of international dispute, let's say Rockall.

Now, in the event of Scottish independence, it could get very interesting (Uist in Shetland Islands is the closest inhabited point of any country).

If you assasinate him there will be another arsehole in his place the next day.

Well as long as its male or female, yes, there will be another creature with anal body parts sitting on the throne of power. Something to do with rules of office accession.
    Well spotted. :D

First we went right a bit, then we went left, then right a bit more, then straight on for a while, then we were on a boat and woooosh! we were at Rockall.

If we're going to be technical about it, I licked it while it was in my possession, and then I let you have it.

Don't vote for them next time.

Hate people who give out about the government every year for the last 10 or so and yet re elect them every time around.
