Does Powerball come with string?

I bought one today it was 250Hz Classic and am i suppose to get a string with it. I opened the package and all there was the ball and a cd rom. Is that right

Afaik they come with string. Ask supplier for it.

Don't think you actually need the string....The string is just to get the gyro spinning!
