Mr Cadbury and Miss Rowntree met on a Double Decker, it was After Eight.
She was from Quality Street, he was a Fisherman's Friend. On the way
they stopped at a Yorkie Bar, he had a Rum and Butter, she had a Wine
    Gum.

He asked her name, "Polo, I'm the one with the hole" she said "I'm the
one with the nuts" he thought!

Then he touched her Milky Way. They checked into a hotel, and went
straight to the bedroom. Mr Cadbury turned out the light for a bit of
    Black Magic.

It wasn't long before he slipped his hand into her Snickers and felt her
Cream Egg. He fondled her Flap Jacks then he showed her his Curly Wurly
    and Tic Tacs.

Miss Rowntree wasn't keen to have any Jelly Babies, so she let him take

a trip down Bourneville Boulevard via her Party Ring. He was pleased as
he always fancied a bit of Fudge. It was a magic moment as she let out
    a scream of Turkish Delight.

When he pulled out, his fun size Mars Bar felt a bit Crunchie.
    She
wanted more, but he needed Time Out, however, he noticed her Pink Wafers
looked very appetising. He did a Twirl, had a Picnic in her Sherbet Dip
and finished off by giving her a Gob Stopper.

Unfortunately, Mr Cadbury then had to go home to his wife, Caramel.
Sadly 3 days later his Magnum lolly started to drip. It turned out Miss
Rowntree had been with Bertie Basset who had Allsorts!!!!!

Ha, thats always the way it is. You can do everything except the pne your meant to.

I don't think I'll make ti up htis weekend. Have a christening, so seem unlikely Wish I could though, it'd be good to get back to the CQB again.

I got one of the now regular phone calls from Eircom asking if we were happy with the service, could they quote for broadband, etc, etc.

She asked me if I had broadband, and with who, and when i said "UPC", she said, and I quote, "Ahh sure theres no point in me trying to sell you our package so".

I have just moved my domain hosting from them too - they were looking for €82 for a .ie renewal and I now have it for €25.

All that's left with Eircom are my land lines...............now where's that number for Blueface...........

In the same boat as you. I could get 7 meg, but its bloody expensive and if its anything like the 3 meg i have currently, proubley crap ;)

The lines around here can't support anything more than 7 meg, and thats pushing it. A bloody joke

Watched an incredibly bleak documentary about a horse rescue group in Dublin.

They had to put down one of the animals, and in the middle of one of the workers telling us all about how putting it to sleep was the kindest thing to do, you could hear the gunshot.

    Nice one, RTE.

that the one ,who owns the horse?

    "my kid is the owner

-how old is the kid ? 2years old"

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,090 ✭✭✭jill_valentine

    That's the one.

On the upside, it turns out it's really cheap to buy a horse! Score.

Well in that case, I think Irish airsoft is in for an exciting new era of cavalry games. I've yet to be at a site where they had a specific "No Horses" rule.

    Bloody feckin steam....GRRRrrrr
Saw this new game called Sniper Ghost Warrior
and it said release date was today via steam, so payed my
30 yo yo, and not available to download. I hate steam.

Game looks interesting for those who like sniper games.
There is Gravity, drag and left/right wind to factor in,
and it seems to let you shoot through cracks etc.
    and has sniper PVP.

Yet again, the Good Lord in his infinite wisdom deigns to provide you with evidence that your being left-handed is an aberration, a sin against nature, and a mockery of His will.

When, oh when, will you see the light, you poor misguided soul ?

No wonder that guy left it behind him in the pub.

Next iPhone out in 6 months. iPhone4L, yes it's our new revolutionary handset for our loyal left handed customers.

I hear HTC knocking when my contract is up, the reception on the 3GS leaves alot to be desired and the 4 doesn't look much better even for us righties.

He actually does it to challenge me, and time and time again i show him I can transform and adapt to his tests. His ultimate plan is to beta test me with the intention of populating the world in the future with my evolutionary superior DNA to build a master species or "the perfect human". that's why he gave me multicam too. its gonna be standard dress for everyone in 50 years and by which time you will all see me as a Davinci'esque pioneer, understood a generation too late and when you go to bed at night, with your multicam duvet and PJ's you will say a prayer to my halo'clad portrait.,

    Amen.

Am I the only one who immediately thought of Bill and Ted when I read that ?
