    The name has a German sound to it, but his accent seems American.

    I think you can produce a medical cert if flexibility is an issue,i.e not being able to lock out the elbows.could be wrong though.

    Yeah. The man is a living legend.
    I'm not sure its even arrogance, I think he is just having a laugh.


    Interestingly if you look at the uploaders other vids you will see Krastev snatch 170kg at the same comp having only started back training 3 months before hand.

    this forum is very quiet lately isn't it...

    Havn't seen Barry O, J-Fit, Will Heffernan, D-Gal in fact, most of the more technical posters seem to have fúcked off completely...

    Will isn't very fond of the place by all accounts.
    He only posts where IP is involved. Frankly having seen some of the nonsense he has had thrown at him, I'm not surprised.

    Barry posted recently. He usually wades in once the silly BS level of a thread goes into the redzone.

    D-gal is probably busy, I'm sure he was training with a Bodybuilder who is preparing for a competition.

    I'm surprised at the people who hang around and actually do have the knowledge. Cos usually they are drowned out by people who know bugger all. I'm half tempted to stop posting because I feel that half the time I am only contributing to that.

    This. I only ever really post in my log anymore. I've given up posting anything more than two or three lines anywhere cos some internet warrior will always wade in telling people what to do and calling out anyone that doesn't agree.

    And prominent posters come and go, it's the nature of the place. I've been here for 5 years now and loads of great posters have been and gone, and more will come and go in the future. None of us is irreplaceable, the forum will just move on regardless - sometimes the overall quality of posters is excellent, sometimes not so much. But it's all swings and roundabout really

    Didn't mean to cause offence or to cause trouble, was just thinking aloud ( well not aloud, but you know what I mean) about how the 85% of posters, whose posts i look out for, seem to be gone.

    Nothing malicious in my statement, i still <3 this forum :)
