I've a tub of creatine I intend ycling but it went out of date at the end of May, will I have any problems with it? These things can surely last a bit longer than the date on the box.

theres no need to cycle creatine. its probably ok, but i accept no responsibility if your toes fall off.

I'm sure it's more of a 'best before' date, particularly if it's pure creatine without additives (flavouring etc).

I know for some tinned foods, the sell by date is a legal requirement, like, they need to have something on there even if it probably will never go off.

    maybe this is the same?

It won't be harmful. At worst it won't have the right nutritional values they will be slighlty lower than stated.

If it wasn't even opened than it will be perfect.

the best before date on my creatine is 20 months after the manufacturing date. I wouldn't be too concerned about being a few weeks beyond the limit with a shelf-life like that!
