Ok, so its a list of people who look like idiots. Gimmicks dont count, so bands like Kiss are out of the question.

Im going to get the ball rolling with The Courteeners. That singer looks like a tit, and the songs crap too!

Give it a thumbs up if you think a reply's 'artist' looks stupid too!

Maybe I'm just old but I find a lot of the new "alternative" boybands to look absolutely ridiculous.

I really don't think Green Day look so bad. Yeah, the eye make up is a bit much, but they're just wearing shirts and ties. They're dressing like their heroes dressed. Do The Clash look stupid too?

Female artists that try to look 'kooky' or 'deep' or whatever by doing stupid makeup things like that, or wearing ridiculous outfits to look 'dramatic'. If your music can't make us feel the way you want us to, stop trying.

Jeff L - that guy, and that exact shot, was the first thing that came to mind when I saw the title of the thread.

EDIT:

My own suggestions would be Whatserface from La Roux, and Win Butler, whom I very much like, but has recently managed to find a haircut that makes him look even more like a free roaming sex offender than any of his previous ones. I'd find a picture, but frankly I don't think I can bear to look at it any more than I have to.

I haven't decided if I respect Patrick Watson's dedication to looking absolutely mental or not. Oh, and the chick from New Young Pony Club, are they still on the go?

Oh, she's gorgeous, but, that 'theatrical' (or whatever adjective you want to use) style of presenting herself does my head in.

look at that picture and imagine him without the makeup and with normal hair - he's a fat old man, he needs to stop dressing up like Jo Brand and accept it.
