ye it's weird, what there's a massive lake there and no-one is in it.

no it's way worse than a stitch, feels like someone is ripping the muscle out of your leg, think I just jumped up or rolled around in agony for a bit.

Ah I can forgive Maynard, least he's weird and sometimes painted and cool lights n stuff. I like the gimmicks :(

Ye it's totally different around europe, if that was oxegen or download there would have been trouble all round.
Oh you mean she orders a shot in a big glass :P I just meant the measures in mixers and no extra charge for redbull etc

hmm would have to swim in that, can't be colder than here...surprised by that really. probably up to mischief elsewhere with beer.

Um I'm quite happy to never get one so, some people seem to get them a lot. Hmm that reminded me og my dog dreaming really...rolling around yelping as he dreams

lights were cool, act was, jsut like him to talk, though he did do that Irish thing...
uum ok.../got your nose lalala

less knacks eh, plus more metally concerts have a different type of person than a more general musicy thing. Oh i know what you meant but since when do i not ramble about something different...yeah it's an unknown amount that is 'more than a shot', sigh, try to order that.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,028 ✭✭✭✭--LOS--

somebody would have to rescue me in that >_>

I get them a lot in my foot, they are horrid pain and if you don't push your foot against something it kinda curls up, nice.

Would have to be slightly more impressive than got your nose -_-
Maybe some fireworks or confetti or just a Hetfield growl or something.

I think they do all right but still even without the knacker music irish and british people can be right asssholes and could you imagine having cypress hill, then Jay-Z, then Kiss here without an onslaught.

Is it more than a shot though? A long shot? :pac: Could not drink that.

  • Moderators, Science, Health & Environment Moderators, Social & Fun Moderators, Society & Culture Moderators Posts: 60,119 Mod ✭✭✭✭Tar.Aldarion

    tshirt stuck, can't help -_-
Can't wear clothes in the water sure, too heavy. Oh but being trained to was one of the most fun things ever, I don't even know why. Maybe cos they go all balloony, anyway.

Um curled up sounds...not the best image...pain...can barely bend my foot, no I'm not trying right now <_<, so curling up can't be good

Oh if I made shadows with my hands on the wall, like hmm, a dinosaur. Ah grand, party popper will do, you're easy you.

Cypress hill were there too, ah feck. oh and mr can I get an encore, do ya want more. Only know him from with linkin park. Those bands should draw in the unsavory types, any knacks over there...dunno what germany has, all i see in my head is leather clad bike clans with homoerotic undertones.

In twouble for the long shot -_-
Ah it's still mixed as usual, just more alcohol...and since it's watered down here anyway...
you wouldn't, it's jager and redbull, plus most expensive drink ever

LOL! good find Tar! You posted the one where things started to go wrong, was worth it for the great recovery though :P

Ye cypress hill were there all right, lighting up on stage and all, the rebels.
    Didn't hang round for Jay-Z
haha I don't think there are german knacks, they're not so cliquey over there or something. It's a very non black mass affair.

I think what you want there is a double :P
See they didn't charge any extra for redbull versus coke or w/e at the festival.
You can keep your jager for now.

  • Moderators, Science, Health & Environment Moderators, Social & Fun Moderators, Society & Culture Moderators Posts: 60,119 Mod ✭✭✭✭Tar.Aldarion

Looks like a lot will be put up soon, good vid quality, not like in my day.
Rotting in prison now are they, bad boys. Can't really take people seriously where one member is called B-Real. No cliques? But how do they be all individual non conformist then, madness.

Sums up Germany for me. :pac:

Oh I'm told it's not as much as a double, roll eyes. I have one friend who only drinks double vodkas, straight...he got kicked out of fibbers three times in one night when he visited there...another only drinks triples but at least he uses a mixer and doesn't drink many, the first guy just drinks it like it's water... and that stuff you go from being completely sober to a pile on the ground.

How much did they charge you, no cider was there, so spirits?
Hmm for now,be a dear and let me know when yo change your mind. It's all about the Jameson and OJ anyway mmm

Off to football guise, best not to give too much advance warning for that these days.
I say guise cos I can see another Master of N(so mathsy) quotes fest coming :P

    ewww vodka straight, yuck.
Eh well they have that refund thing on everything so you get a euro back for your glass so then beer was 3.80 (4.80 then euro back), cocktails were 7, spirits and mixers like jd&coke, redbull vodka were 5.60 and honestly you could taste the spirit nearly more than the mixer, they had shots for 2e I think, wouldn't bother with that, it's hot out, you have to pretend you're drinking something to cool down.
I did not have much beer coz I just can't so mostly got cola beer or you can get beer with mixed fruit etc in the shops, they did have cider in one massive drink place, tasted like the cheapest cider ever, wasn't even called cider, was called something like apple wine but sameish. But no germans I was talking to had a clue what cider was. So then spirits ye. Drink in the shops is insanely cheap.

hmm should really get dressed now and eat if I must go to this *sigh*

Yes, you should read them! I'm sure you'd love them. I'll lend you a few if you want to read them =]
Awesome...book swap:) I'll loan you some of this series then so you can judge for yourself!:)

Maybe the autobahn in Germany just makes them scared of crossing the road anywhere :pac:
Getting hit at 200kph is much worse:p
I have enough of character thanks, ah it's pretty much gone now, my eye feels worse even though it didn't bruise up, woke up with the worst muscle cramp in my leg last night, you know how sometimes you get that in your foot and it wont go away till you put pressure on it, was like that except my whole leg.
    Worst...feeling...ever...
I hate that in Dublin  You'd need to order a quadruple here to get some drink in it, they did not skimp on the measures in Germany even at the festival and not a chance of any of your stuff being robbed from camp. Jeezuz it's great to be home :/
They are just one or two of the good things about European festivals, the price being another:)

not...robbed..this is crazy talk! Maameeo never wants a shot, always a measure and when i order it for her they never know wtf it is..when she does...oh anything for you milady
I've done that a few times for her too, barmen usually know what I'm talking about though haha:pac:

Muscle cramp, best thing you can do, and as painful as it is, is to get up and start walking on it to bring the muscle back into normal movement (studying anatomy+physiology helps with knowing that)

So Tar...that makes it two of us lifeguards in here then >_>
I get them a lot in my foot, they are horrid pain and if you don't push your foot against something it kinda curls up, nice.
Part of what does that is moving it in an unnatural way...but diet can help them occur more frequently, the lack of sodium and potassium going to the muscle being one.
I think they do all right but still even without the knacker music irish and british people can be right asssholes and could you imagine having cypress hill, then Jay-Z, then Kiss here without an onslaught.
Would be fun to see though, all the knacks getting destroyed by a sea of pissed off metal heads...wall of death anyone?:D
    tshirt stuck, can't help -_-
Can't wear clothes in the water sure, too heavy. Oh but being trained to was one of the most fun things ever, I don't even know why. Maybe cos they go all balloony, anyway.

They definitely bring out the knacks, sure Linkin Park would be the closest to metal most of those knacks would get...

This would sum up German type metal to me, other than Rammstein etc..

Enough from me anyway, time to go play more soccer la la la la:pac:

Me on facebook. Mum comes to talk to me, I show her something on the screen. She looks, then notices a profile picture on my wall, which happened to be tar's.

    Mum: Ooh who's that?
    Me: Some guy from boards.
Mum: Oh, nice, does he have any more pictures?
    Me: Yup. *shows pictures*
    Mum: How old is he?
    Me: 24 I think. Why?
Mum: Nice! I thought he was older. He's hot!!!

Vodka straight is disgusting, can't stomach the stuff any more, used to drink it or down a bottle in college, /puke
However if it is Russian Standard vodka, that is a fantastic brand, can drink straight from the bottle as most veggies here know! nomnom

glass idea is a good one! Prices are good for a festivaly type place, especially vodka redbull...maybe a shot and a redbull is cheaper separately!

I want to try cola beer, cant drink normal stuff since 15/16 ugh. Dunno how people like it. haha at them not even knowing what cider is, I like in Britain that they have loads. Imagine teh off licences or w/e there would have cheap stuff there... litres of vodka/whiskey 11e in paris, was good!

    Oh enjoy so muchfecker.
Couple people cancelled football cos they got tickets today for it -_-

Let it grow long enough for it to be softer, but not too long that you can call it a beard. Though short beards ftw. Stubble is too sexy to reject just because it might be sandpapery...

That's hard, you know how fast this changes?! So it's like stubble, that length you say then too long in liek a day, can you cut it to certain lengths haha

It's so sand papery, I love rubbing it ^^

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,541 ✭✭✭anothernight

Get a trimmer and just trim it to the perfect length. It's easier that way :) (Can you tell that I'm always the one that decides on these things? :p )
