eat something, even if you have to force it in, and then take some painkillers and go back to bed for an hour....cured! :)

Dont Eat. Makes you worse. Have two Pints. The first one should be cider, with lots of ice, to hydrate you a little bit and the second should be your normal drink of choice. Then go eat something stodgy, but not too acidic.

Follow that up with a bottle of water and one of those redoxon vitamin C tablets. And then have another two pints.

    Sorted.

If you have the shakes then surely you are moving?

ok, it would seem a bit odd drinking a pint in work, so that's off the agenda I'm afraid :-(

I like to lash my head under a really hot shower, the more powerful the better and then get some kip. Unless you work for the civil service that doesn't sound like an option for you at the moment tho!

    or a ****...

You definately need to take a painkiller of some sort - and drink something.
I normally get a bottle of water and a can of coke and sip them alternatively - the water will rehydrate you and the sugar in the coke will perk you up.

Once you feel like eating, make it something like a sandwich or pasta.

Hope you're better soon! There is NOTHING worse than a hangover at work...:p

Best hangover cure in my opinion is a dip in the sea.

If you can gather the energey go to a swimming pool - sauna, steamroom, plunge pool jacuzzi , repeat

If not then get a smoothi and lots of crisps

Two hot sausage rolls from your local
hot food counter and a large bottle of fizzy lucozade sport(the blue bottle).

Then just hold out til lunch and get some serious comfort food in.

That's great for people that live by the sea.

Improvise. Bath of cold water. No bath, cold shower. No shower, head under cold water tap.

    What usually helps me:

a litre of cranberry juice, a loaf of wheat bread and a big bottle of Lucozade and sleep it off.
