Drugsforum? Sounds a bit creepy tbh. Erowid is much, much better.

Maybe check out the site before making your judgement, rather than deciding it "sounds a bit creepy". If websites that provide information on psychoactive drugs is your thing, drugs-forum is the best out there by a long long way. It contains all the information Erowid does plus plugs all the gaps in their information and is updated daily and moderated heavily as opposed to Erowid which has become a criminally neglected site by the people running it.

Just checked it out, my apologies, it does seem a lot better.

Anyone been to there local HS? what smoke type products have they got in? PM me the names, and your experiences with them plz!

Right if you really want to know.

My local headshop is stocking the following,

Smoke 2 Joosey - Has no effect
Mayan Bliss - Has no effect
Purple Drift - Has no effect
Orange Bud - Has no effect

The owner told me that these are the only products available now, and for the forseeable future. All these products do not contain THC so you might as well be smoking normal cigarettes.
He expects to be closed in the next week or so when people realise that none of these products work and he also reckons that most if not all the headshops in Ireland will be closed before the summer is out.

thank you for that informative post.. as for that tai high, its from new zealand i might try it, but judging from the quoted post it will probably by shyte, last stuff i got from new zealand was a free sample i got from a site i emailed claiming to be a heasdshop owner in ireland, they bent free about 14 grams of something called DUST and MAGIC DRAGON, they came in various flavors, rum being the most palletable and blackberry being the ruffest both were mediocre at best, but at the time i had a serious BONZAI tolerance built up (3g a day) and did the 14g in less than 2 days.. my throat was in bits.. after my 3 weeks detox, courtsey of irish goverement i couldn't even smoke the 1g of joosey i got last week.. oh well back to the good old days of smoking normal weed, ill be in the UK in a month, looking for work.. don't think i would of bothered my hole to relocate for a new life if the ban had'nt come in..maybe it was for the best!

I must have led a very sheltered life....The wife wasn't well at the weekend so we ended up in A and E. We came in to the ward after she was admitted and there was a girl having a seizure on a trolley. I just thought she had a some sort of a disability or something (dont mean that in a bad way)

About twelve hours later she was still having seizures, she'd completely stripped off twice and there was 3 security guards standing over her. The wife said this continued all night, at one stage she became a bit coherant and said she actually owned a headshop and was sampling some of the stuff...

I rang the wife tonight and she sez its still going on over there. Have to say i never seen anything like it.

You see much worse than this in an A&E where alcohol is involved

She wouold have been moved from A&E by this, A&E are for short term treatment, not long term. By now she would be in a ward I would think. Are you a Joe Duffy fan? Dont answer that please, sorry for going off-topic mods!

    In ireland?

My mother was in A&E for over 48 hours as no wards had beds and she had to sleep on a chair. This is in Beaumont hospital. It's not hard to imagine tbh

I'm not really bothered what you think but yes she's still in the A and E dept, hopefully she'll be discharged today

Wow and I thought we had a good health care system. I still dont believe him, with all the negative publicity about head shop products I put posts like that down to what I call the 'Joe Duffy tactical campaign'. Because of all the misinformation they spread I put all stories that do not offer scientific proof into this bracket. Its sounds to much like a stupid scare story to me.

"About twelve hours later she was still having seizures, she'd completely stripped off twice and there was 3 security guards standing over her. 3 security guards were required but they didnt mind letting her talk to a total stranger? Thats very suspicious to me at least. Why didnt she have curtains around her bed? Why were 3 security guards need for a drug overdose? Security guards are used when theres a danger to other patients of to staff. Again I think if she was so dangerous as to require three security guards she wouldnt be allowed talk to strangers. Sorry but I just dont believe that story.

    Anybody see crimecall last nite?

They had cctv footage of two guys burning a headshop in Dublin.
the pushed the staff into a back room where there was no way out, drenched the shop in petrol and set light to it.
The staff were forced to run through the flames to get out...its a miracle nobody was killed.

Doesn't suprise me when you consider the caliber of the perpetrator, absolutely shocking all the same.

Can you remember where in Dublin this headshop was?

You are very very naive to think that... You will find out some day when you need the services of our public hospital. If you want a little extra challange, check into St. Columchilles in Loughlinstown ;)

    Very very naive post...

Why would she be gagged and refrained from talking, they are there so she doesn't harm herself or others. You obviously have no idea what's involved in treating drug patients.

Nobody really gives a shít what you believe or not, you are talking utter crap.

One of my relatives was 72 hours on a chair in A&E last year. Another relative of mine was brought in after having a heart attack and stroke and died on a trolley in A&E after been there for 50 hours. That is the great Irish health care system for you.

My friend smokes the "smoke plus" and I checked the ingredient's and it was like all natural stuff. So I take it all the ingredients are not on the packets since they were banned.? I would love to know what was in them... and is it any worse than the original illegal forms ie., pollen, marajuana, weed etc. I dunno whay they havent realised proper studies/tests on this stuff?

so woman on crazy 48 hour drug induced seizure manages to regain 5 minutes of composure, tells everyone she runs a headshop and has been sampling her goods, then goes back to mad stripping siezures.

That's exactly what happened, and not a work of fiction.

The only thing an idiot like Joe Duffy cares about is ratings.
If the current trend was to open a child brothel and legalise paedophilia, both him and the spanners in government would be on it like a rash and it would be legal as quick as you could say “jeasus, is that right”.

Has anyone tried the clarky cats? A friend of mine took some along with the yellow bentines and ended up like a piano dentist. He then tried to take some triple sub but it just got worse and he went all blutie and then the quack candles he took made his arms feel like a couple of fortnights in a bad balloon.
We were well freaked out man.

Has anyone else had the same experiences? Post or PM me if you have.

If I'm going to take some of the wacky stuff I'll definitely just start with a TB of brown and a teenth of cake. I just don't trust the Boz Boz when it comes to the harder stuff. last time we went to one a friend of mine got triple-jacked over a steeplehammer and jessop jessop jessop jessop jessop.

    It was wack man.

They make a quick buck selling sh1t that doesnt work, how the **** are people in favour of them? Fact is before I left Ireland none of it worked, it was all either duds or positively dangerous like BZP.
And after you left Ireland, they started using cathinones in their products, which I and many other can tell you from first-hand experience work very, very well. BZP was positively nasty and its popularity had waned before it was banned.

Here's a list of the active ingredients in some of the more popular branded legal highs. Ignore the article itself, it is nonsense.

Head shops do not and did not include the active ingredients on their products labels. There's nothing "natural" about them, though it's not as if that would be any indication of their safety.

Congratulations! You win, we scumbags can't ever take drugs again.

No, wait, that's not right...unless I'm very much mistaken, I'll be going to Life Festival this weekend where I'll be imbibing illegally purchased acid and MDMA (it's baaack!) to beat the band.
