    Just a quick question for anyone who's had ankle injuries.

    How exactly can you determine the damage done to the area? I still have some pain around the ankle but a lot of strain at it when bending the foot forward. There's also some bruising or swelling still but I'm not sure cause when I press on it I feel the bone so I'm kinda confused as to what I've actually done.

    I've absolutely no money for the GP at the moment but if the pain continuities I'll have to get a scan but that could be in June as I'm broke.

    Anyone got any advice?:o

    While I appreciate your predicament, I'm afraid that we can't allow people to request or give medical advice on Boards. Any posts with such advice will have to be deleted I'm afraid.

    No worries, and I do feel bad about having to do that, but it's a fundamental site rule to ensure that the person asking for advice isn't told something that could be harmful to them in any way. I hope you get sorted and the injury isn't too serious.
