Calorie Counting Programs

Maybe not the best place but does anyone here have experience using them and would you recommend one which has a good irish community (ie irish foods) Im getting a phone in a few weeks and a calorie counting app. Doing Calorie counting on my phone makes most sense to me

Well this might not be what your looking for. But I use the tracker on sparkpeople.com
It has an Irish users forum, and there are many Irish products in its database.
