Favourite Ladybird book as a child?
I think Rupert and the Frog Song was a Ladybird book...? It was awesome, it had a tape that came with it, and you could sing along: "Win or lose, sink or swim, one thing is certain we'll never give in, arm in arm, hand in hand, WE ALL STAND TOGETHER" I only made the connection years later that it was Paul McCartney on the tape, I found it when I was rummaging through some boxes
I also used to giggle at the emperor's bum in The Emperor's New Clothes
