I wish I hadn't bought them now:( Thought I didn't particularly like them but I do:(:( *Must stay away from Tesco*

74c in Tescos, Jervis. Still a bargain. Though the price isn't advertised at all, so you don't know til you get to the checkout.

It's really very kind of Tescos to offer us this bargain. Thanks for the tip off. Now that's what I call a real "bargain alert"!

Just eat 2 bounties and 8 more to go :( Why couldn't this have been 10 bananas or apples for €1

This is *exactly* what I was afraid of so I've successfully resisted (with difficulty:( ) thus far. Hopefully they'll sell out soon and remove temptation!

Sign said 74 cent or 2 for €1. Checked out and was charged 1.48. Imagine if I had the nerve to tell customer services I was over charged 48 cent and get them free? Na, 14.8 cent bounty is fine by me!:D

use the price checker in the toilet paper aisle! :)

Also- Giant packs of Love Hearts for 12c...... :D

None of us are going to have any teeth left at this rate.
I reckon this offer is sponsored by our local dentists!!!

Also have "reduced fat" Maryland cookies for 34c if you are watching your waistline!. Want to go back now for the giant love hearts though...

Can this be renamed 'The Tesco Super Sweetie Extravaganza: Featuring 10c Bountys and 12c Love Hearts!' :D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 828 ✭✭✭Travel is good

Oh this is so good! Everyone here is eating the Bountys. Fair play to Tescos for all this stuff!

Did you notice lately that a lot of special offers are for the junk/sugary cereals etc.?

    Eat Bounty, I say!

    Its bizarre tbh......
I took them up on their no quibble guarantee and got a whole case of Trebor Softmints from them- perfect for when you're driving (and not liable to rip your fillings out).
Remember the 79c Toblerones after Christmas, and the 2-for-1 on Natural confectionary products........

Its a wonder any of us have any teeth left.......

They only had one sad and lonely packet of bountys today in Mahon:( Which I bought:) And they had large packets of skittles for 99c too! Have a packet hidden away so the boys can't have them. Also 6 packs of Pepsi max/7-up BOGOF.

Yeah, agreed its only the junk that Tesco have the best offers on:mad::mad: Damn you Tesco.

Ah fudge, that offer is back on? I'm after grudgingly shelling out €3.50ish for a Coke 6 pack in Dunnes. :(

Bought 5 packets in Roselawn :o

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 828 ✭✭✭Travel is good

We don't have those fancy price checkers in Prussia St. So I had the embarassment of wondering if I could ask a sales assistant about the price. But I went to the self service til, and waay! 74c! So I'll be back later for more Bountys!

They were advertised at €1.99 on the shelf.

I love the way this is still a secret offer. Don't tell the Tesco staff!
