Pecs V Moobs- Definitive criteria

    Are you sporting a pair of muscular pecs, or are they just two big slabs of fat? How do you know? I am willing to put forward my criteria, feel free to disagree or add your own.

    For your chest to be pectacular instead of moobilicious:

    Viewed from the front, the point on your chest which has the highest value on the Z axis (ie: the furtherest point forward) must be above the nipples. If the nipples are the furthest point forward they aren't pecs I'm afraid.

    Your chest, viewed from a 45 degree angle to your sagittal suture, will have a rounded rather than a pointy shape.

    You must be able to make your pectoral muscles jump noticeably in time to music.

    I have pecs,L has moobs...cardio hasnt hit purbety yet....they should drop soon

    i think i have mecs...or peubs or something, muscle, with a lill fat and can make'em dance slow to medium tempo...does that count?

    Why can't you have both.
    That is to say, fat on your chest AND be able to adduct your arms....?:confused:
