No, I'm with you, Im asking the poster who I quoted above what he/she means by the post, it doesn't make any sense that people would be annoyed about somebody closing a door.

ah ok, i dont think it's the closing of a door thats the issue, it's the fact that it's a fire door that has people pissed, closing any other door to stop ppl sneaking in is grand, but ppl's beef here is the fire door

No it wasnt a door been closed that was the problem.

The problem was : The Fire escapes in the Venue where tied shut!
